Chad's 30th

So Chad is turing 30 on July 6th... They had a surprise birthday party for him!!! He was very surprised and had a great time. Good time with friends. We stayed for about 4 hours and then I had to go home. I was swelling like a pig!! Happy Birthday Chad!!!

Baby Shower!!!

June 20th I had a shower given by my mom's teacher friends!!! It was a really nice time and I got to see everyone that I have not seen in a while. We got some really nice things!!! My Aunt Peggy was able to attend due to some malfunctions with the boat that they sail. She should be here for the birth of Fisher so I guess some things happen for a reason!!! I was glad to have my family there!!!

Eddie's Birthday Weekend

So we just had friends over for Eddie's Birthday weekend last weekend... We had a great time!!! The Walker's were able to come from New Orleans to celebrate. We have a great group of friends!!! Eddie REALLY enjoyed himself and felt it the next day!!! I got him tickets to go see our favorite comedian, Dane Cook, in New Orleans for his birthday and Father's Day. He took Marshall and they had a great time. The show was on Sunday so he just stayed until Monday. Great time with good friends. Thanks to all that came and made Eddie's day special for him!!!

Stroller & Car Seat

So we got the car seat and stroller in on Monday!!! I am so excited and it looks so good. A couple of my friends are using Chicco and they say that they love it. We decided to use them as well. Eddie picked out the print and I think that it will fit Fisher!!! This weekend is the last exciting weekend until Fisher gets here. Eddie's birthday is on Friday and we are just going to have a cookout at the house and just hang out with friends and family. Saturday I have a shower that is being put on by my mom's work friends. Saturday night is BUNCO night!!! I am so excited about playing. Sunday is Father's Day and I think Dad and I will go eat or something. Eddie will be in New Orleans using his birthday present. I got him Dane Cook (the best comedian ever) tickets which I had all intentions on going with him but I really don't want anything to happen and me have to deliver in New Orleans. He is taking Marshall so I think that he will stay all weekend and live it up!!! Monday we have a doctor's appointment. Hopefully we will have good news but I am not getting my hopes up!!!

Waiting Game...

So no change from the doctor. He said that everything is closed up and that everything looked good. I am still hurting and my feet get more swollen by the day. I might have to start working 1/2 days at work then the other at home not next week but the next. It is all that I can do by the end of the day. We are just playing that wonderful waiting game that if you know me... I HATE to play. I don't like to wait on a lot of things. I guess it is good that we have to wait on him. He will be more developed the longer he is in the womb. I just cannot wait to hug and kiss him!!!! Sleep is getting less and less...I figured that would happen. I am just a grouch sometimes so I try to go to bed early so maybe I can get more sleep. I ordered the car seat and stroller so that should be in by next week. We also ordered an extra base for Eddie. Mom and I are going shopping this weekend for all the major stuff that we have to get before he gets here just in case he decides to come earlier than July 3rd. I will keep you updated. My next appointment is June 22nd. The office is closed the 18th and 19th so I had to go the following week. Maybe a good week and 1/2 will give some changes...MAYBE???

Swollen!!!

Oh My!!! There is no way that I could every be overly obese!!! My cankles hurt so bad!!! I have so much fluid in my ankles and legs that it hurts!!! I have been trying to stay off my feet but it really just does not help. I think between the 100 degree weather and my huge son, I am just going to have to deal with it for another couple of weeks!!! We go to the doctor tomorrow so I will update you with more info as we get it!!! Hopefully we will have some good news!!!

One Month and Counting...

So Eddie and I went to the doctor today. Fisher is now 6 1/2lbs. We talked about it and I tried to get him to take him July 1st but it was a no go... He said the earliest would be July 3rd unless he comes on his own before that... I think I will be walking a lot more!!! Everything looked good he said. I gained another 8lbs but he said that most is water weight. I am starting to swell!!! When she was taking the weight and stuff of the baby she showed us that our son has hair... He will not be bald like his mom was!!! YEAH!!! My last day of work will be June 26th. I would like to have some time to relax and get things done before he comes so that will give me about a week before!!! We are excited and cannot believe that it is just around the corner!!!

Surprise Work Shower...

So I thought that I was going to a dreaded meeting... Guess not!!! They are pretty good at keeping secrets. Here are some pictures from the shower. The one above is of the cake that Lindsey made for me. Her cakes are the best!!! Thanks Linds!!!

Lola loves the Beach

So we are trying to show Lola a little more affection now a days since she will be deprived for a little while when Fisher gets here. We took her to the beach on Sunday and she loved it. She kept jumping and splashing in the water. Needless to say she really needed a bath after she got done!!!

Splish Splash

So I have been dying for a pool. By the end of the day all of my joints hurt and my hips. When I am in the water there is no pressure anywhere. The pool is like bath water it is so nice. My wonderful hubby put it up for me the day that we got it so I could start using it!!! Just wanted to share in my joys of life!!!
