Sorry

I have been trying to upload pictures for a while now. I will have to get to them later. We went and took our Maternity Pictures by Michael Perronne. His wife works for Eddie and he took our engagement pictures. I am very excited about the proofs coming back. He said around Wednesday so I will have to send you the link to look at them. He took his time with us and took all the pictures that I wanted. I am really happy that we went with him again. Once Fisher is born he will be doing the newborn pictures as well. I will have pictures up soon of different things that I have been meaning to share. Just wanted to share that with you.

Doctor time again...

So I guess I got a little confused when the doctor said that my due date was June 28th. He was talking about how the baby was progressing and that my due date should be June 28th compared to how big he was. He still said that July 14th is the date. But he keeps talking about a July 4th baby so maybe I will get my birthday wish after all. Sorry Bubba but I had to share so you do too!!! Anyways... Everything is going good. He said that I had a little swelling but not much at all, my blood pressure was great. He said that I lost 3lbs which is good. I have been laying off the sweet teas and rolls. I still have a sweet treat every now and then though (Don't ask Eddie... he lies!!! HAHA). I go back in 2 weeks, June 3rd, to check and make sure that everything is good. He said that he might measure him then. Just wanted to keep everyone update on everything.

Nesting...

So I did not think that I would be nesting because it is so late in the game. Well, the race is on and it has kicked in. I have organized the office... If anyone knew what it looked like before then they would be quite impressed that an 8 month pregnant woman could make it look so good. I organized all the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen, we only have the bedroom and the bathroom left. I think that I am making the bathroom kid friendly. I used to have cute fish stuff but did not ever use it so I think that the bathroom is now going to be bright and colorful for Fisher!!! I will send pictures of everything when I am done. I think that little by little next week I am going to wash his clothes and get together a hospital bag. All of my books and stuff say that is what I need to do... and with the way this child is growing, I might need it sooner than later. Just wanted to keep everyone informed of my crazy preggo habits. Poor Eddie!!!

33 Weeks & Counting

So I figured I would update with a picture of just me and Fisher. Everything is going good. Our big boy is getting cramped by the day and believe me... I can feel it!!! He is kicking pretty hard now. Still sleeping pretty good. Sometimes staying awake for only an hour. Guess I need to get used to not sleeping anyways. We go back to the doctor in a week. I have been trying to stay off the carbs. It's just hard when you are on vacation!!! Back to reality now!!! Eddie made it the best weekend for me!!! I love him!!!

Mother's Day/Anniversary Weekend

Can you believe it has been a year??? Mom froze the cake for us and we ate it on Sunday. It was not too bad considering it being a year old cake. We enjoyed it!!!
So here we are... We went to Geno's to eat, which was excellent by the way. We went Goofy Golfing at Adventure Island (Eddie won) and then we played in the arcade for a couple of hours. We had a really good time!!!

We went down to the beach and the pool. I would not get out of the pool. Fisher liked the cold water and I liked not sweating like a pig!!! The weekend away was just what we needed before our little man heads our way!!!

Big Baby!!!

So I will have pictures of the belly on Monday but I wanted to share with you the good news... Fisher will be here on June 28th not July 14th. We went to the doctor on Wednesday and the doctor measured him and he was 4 1/2lbs already. So he moved up the due date!!! Only 7 1/2 more weeks to go... I am so ready!!! Everything else went good. He told me to cut back on carbs and sweets because of the baby getting so big. So no more Hawaiian Sweet Rolls and Sweet Tea!!! I am still eating some carbs but just not as much. I was measuring right on belly wise and I gained another 5lbs which puts my total weight at 20lbs so far. We go back in 2 weeks. Then every week until he is born. I will keep you guys updated with progress. Oh yeah... I have been having braxton hicks for the past week. Sometimes it hurts and sometimes it does not.

May 1-3

Well, we went to New Orleans this weekend for my best friend Courtney's Birthday!!! She had a derby party and it was so much fun!!! All the girls dressed up with big hats, they had betting, Mint Juleps(too bad I could not have any), & lots of friends!!!

I also went to a baby shower Sunday when I got back in town. Natalie & I are due 2 days apart. She is having a boy as well so Fisher will have a friend named Will.
