Bring on 2010!!!

Has it been a year already...Gosh time flies when you are having fun!!! We have so much to be thankful for this year!!! As you can see I have shown a little of what we are thankful for. We also cannot wait for the years to come...Bring on 2010!!!

6 months old already!!!

I cannot believe that it has been 6 months...(On Wednesday)!!! Time goes by so fast and i just had to make this slideshow to prove that it does!!! Please enjoy!!! Norris Wedding Festivties!!!

So my brother is getting married April 3rd to this wonderful girl named Nicole Nichols. Her sister-in-law and mother threw her a wonderful shower "Hawaiian Themed" for their honeymoon. They got some wonderful gifts and money to use on the honeymoon!!! I am so excited and cannot wait to bring a sister into the family!!! Congrats guys and cannot wait until April!!! New Orleans Bound in 4 months!!! Oh and by the way... our friend Marshall Walker is going to be marrying them.. What a special treat!!!

Fisher's First Christmas

So Fisher is asleep at 7:00 because of all of the fun that he had today!!! We first went to my mom's house where we met up with Uncle Bub and Aunt Nicole and GeGe. We had a wonderful Christmas as we do every year!!! Just hated that Jered had to go to work but at least he got to open his presents before he went! The next stop was Great Grandma Laird's house where we got to eat lunch and hang out with Grandma Bertha and Great Grandma Flo!!! Then it was nap time for the whole family and we went home until about 3:00 then we went to Papa and Bebe's house for Steaks!!! We had a wonderful Christmas spending time with Family!! We wish your family a Happy New Year!!!

Santa Came!!!

So Santa brought Fisher a new excersaucer... He loves it... As you can tell by the smile on his face!

Christmas Eve...

Okay so first let me tell you about our Norris family tradition. Since we were young we have always gotten a "early" gift from Santa that has PJ's that you wear Christmas Eve and a book. Well Santa brought Mom, Dad, and Fisher PJ's!!! Ofcourse Fisher's were sock monkeys!!! We have decided to start doing our family christmas on Christmas Eve because we go to my mom's on Christmas morning. Santa still came Christmas morning but we gave him gifts from mom and dad Christmas Eve. He got a Mickey Mouse, Oscar the Grouch, Socks, blocks from dad, inchworm from dad and a "my first fish bowl". He also got this thing that you can sit in your lap and it plays music when you touch the fish. I think he likes it! Lola got her gifts too and she loves them!!!

So our Company, Hard Rock Casino, threw a Kid's Christmas party... They had a great time. They had games, face-painting, coloring, slides, bouncy area, and lots of sweet treats for the kids.. Just wish that Fisher was old enough to enjoy!!! Next Year... But he got to meet Santa for the first time!!!

Gift Exchange

So we decided to have a gift exchange this year with the babies... They had a great time!!! Thanks again guys for all of the gifts... Fisher is really spoiled to have great Aunts! PJ party was the theme!!!

Meeting Uncle Bub!!!

"Hi Uncle Bub" Fisher finally got to meet his uncle in person. We were able to Skype but it is nothing like the real thing. It almost made me cry seeing their faces!!! We bought this outfit for Uncle Bub because it has a monkey snowboarding on it!
Here is Aunt Nicole, Uncle Bub and Fisher...So excited to see them!!! We have 2 whole weeks to spend with them!!!

Visit from the Walker's

So we had a wonderful visit from the Walker Family on Saturday before the christmas parties... We got to visit and exchange gifts with the boys. We got the boys Bionicle stuff(or however you spell it) and they got Fisher a cute little Alligator that can be a stuffed animal, pillow, or blanket.. It is precious... Thanks guys!!!

So Eddie and I have not had a whole night out together since Fisher has been born so mom wanted to watch him... We let her!!! Thanks Mom!!! We had a wonderful time with great friends...First was the Annual Carrol Christmas Dirty Santa party. I got the movie 4 christmas's with a nice blanket and Eddie got the gift that I brought which was a fishing pole holder that you can carry with you! Then we went to the Annual Boot Outlet Party...I had to take a picture of the Parker's new kitchen because I am extremly jealous!!! It is awesome!!! We had a really good time and were paying for it today but sometimes you just have to! Until next year...

New Car Seat...

So I went to Target to get the car seat that was shown on the last post and I saw this one that was $20 less than the original price. So I bought this one... which still has great reviews... and I can also get this other thing for the car that I want for the same price!!! We are so excited that he finally has a car seat that "fits him"!!!

Cookie Time...

So Courtney decided that it would be great to start a tradition for the Kid's to look forward to each year. We decided that decorating cookies would be the best thing for them! They had the best time... Cannot wait till Fisher can decorate next year. As you can see Fisher was the "hit" of the party! All of the kids wanted to play with him and could not understand why he could not "play"!

I just had to share this picture since it is MY FAVORITE CHRISTMAS MOVIE... Besides The Polar Express. They play it so much during Christmas... It makes me happy! So I only have 3 more working days till I get 6 days off!!! I am off from the 23rd to the 29th!!! I cannot wait to see my brother and Nicole!!! Adam has not met his nephew in person so I cannot wait to see them together... especially since Fisher acts like Adam did when he was young!!!

New Car Seat

So Fisher's big butt has grown out of his "baby" car seat!!! We are now getting him this car seat on Saturday!!! Thanks BeBe and Papa... This is Fisher's Big Christmas gift from them!!! We really needed it... Poor thing has trouble getting out of his old one. Just a couple more days!!!

A new Angel in Heaven

Please keep the Walker Family in your Prayers... They need it in this time of heartache. They just found out that they lost their unborn baby. She has two beautiful boys but was very excited about adding another baby to their wonderful family... She is one of my very best friends and her husband Marshall is one of Eddie's best friends. They are wonderful people... you should know if you have met them... They really just need all of the prayers that you can give!

Happy Baby!!!

So I uploaded these pictures from my phone because it is all that I could find at the time... Fisher kept laughing at Eddie. He would just talk to him and he would laugh! He is for the most part a very happy baby... Unless hungry or tired... but then again who is not grouchy when they are hungry or tired???

New Couches!!!

Had to share this picture because it has our stockings...Not really all that fancy this year but next year we will have really cute ones!!!
So as you can see we inherited new couches... My mom and Jered got new ones so we got their couches...Love them!!! It has 3 sections, 2 sections are 2 recliners each with a center console and then there is a middle section which Lola is laying in... It takes up a lot of room but we have rearraged so Fisher's toys actually fit a little better!!!

Lola loves her new spot but misses her old one as well!!! She will forget about the old couches soon!!! We gave the old couches to someone in need of some!!!

Just had to share these cute pictures of Fisher after having a bath... He is the cutest baby ever!!! He does not fit into his hooded towels anymore so we are passing those along to the Walker household!!! Cannot wait to see what the sex of the Baby Walker is on Tuesday!!! So exciting!!!

Pottery Party!

So normally I get a picture of us at the pottery place but I was so into my pottery that I totally forgot... So anyways here were are at Chili's having 2 for 1's!!! The weather was horrible so I did not have as many as I wanted!!! We had a really good time and I made Fisher's 1st Christmas ornament and made a plate for our house that says The Morgan's Est. 2008 on it... Really cute!!! I will take a picture when I get it! Great time with great friends!!! Thanks to all that came and had a good time!!!

Getting Better all the Time!

So here is my poor little man with his breathing mask on... What is so funny is that it is a fish!!! He is such a "big boy" and lets mommy and daddy put it on and he will take the whole treatment as long as Mickey Mouse or Baby Einstein is on!!!
Here I am after a bath!!! I just love to take baths when I am sick... I think it makes me feel better!!! At least that is what mommy tells me!!!

Work Christmas Party

So as you can see... We had a great time at the Christmas Party this year!!! Too many pictures to share!!! I love the people that I work with and I love my job!!! I am so thankful to have great friends that I work with! What a great way to start off the Christmas Season!!!

One Sick Little Boy...

So Fisher has not been feeling well all weekend so I made him a doctor's appointment. The doctor wanted to test him for RSV since the Nebulizer helped his wheezing. So we had to go to the hospital and draw blood and swab his nose. Poor thing was not having it at all!!! He slept for 2 hours when he got to the babysitter's house! He has 2 different meds and then a nebulizer that we took home that we have to give him treatments on every 6 hours! He has not been in a good mood since I picked him up around 2:30! He is sleeping now which is 6:45 and I am hoping that he will sleep all night because he needs his rest! By the way... chunky munkey weighed 20lbs today!!! I think Papa and Bebe are buying him a new car seat seeing that the one he has only holds up to 22lbs!!! He has not missed a meal!!! I will keep you updated!

Holiday Ho Down!!!

We had a wonderful time riding on a trailer for our Mardi Gras Group!!! We had a great time with good friends... even though Westbrook took my gift!!! I got a really cool license plate that Beth is putting my initals on!!! I am super excited about that!

Grammy and Big D got Fisher this Jeep Walker for Christmas and he got it early... He LOVES it!!! It has side mirrors that spin around and a horn and music on the steering wheel. He turns the steering wheel like a real Jeep!!! I just had to share!!!

Fisher Update!

So Eddie has been gone this week for traning in Atlanta so Fisher and I have been having some mommy/son time!!! Lola too!!! Anyways, he has been teething bad this week so he has been really fussy and just wanting to go to bed early. Well, last night he took a "nap" from 6 - 8 and I woke him up at 8 to eat. Once he ate he went back to bed until 6am!!! He wakes up around 1 and gets situated back in his spot which takes about 5 mintues then he is back asleep!!! I have been blessed because a week ago we were up twice a night!!! I am just ready for my hubby to be back home! I am not cut out to be a single mommy!!! Still no teeth but I am sure it will be very soon! Will update more later!

Christmas Time is here again!!!

Ready for Christmas time so I can see these wonderful people!!! Here is Eddie, me, Adam & his fiancee Nicole!!! They brought us back shirt from Washington and they brought Fisher one as well but his big butt out grew his though!!! Ready to spend time with my brother!!! I just know that I won't look as fat in pictures this year! What a wonderful year it has been!!!

Hope everyone had a great Thankgiving!!! Fisher enjoyed hanging out with Grandma, Great Grandma, Uncle Henry, Papa & BeBe today!!! Sunday we go to GeGe's house with Grammy and Grampa D!!! So much to eat!!!

Playdate with Jaycee

So since we had Thursday and Friday off we went over to the Carroll's house last night and let Fisher and Jaycee play. Jaycee let Fisher borrow her Bumbo that we are using all of the time trying to get him to sit up!!! As you can see we brought it over to their house and Jaycee wanted to sit in it again. They had a good time!!! Thanks again Jaycee!!!

Our First Tooth!!!

I had to put these pictures up because his poor little face is chapped as you can see because he is drooling so much. He has to wear a bib all the time now or he will be changing clothes every 5 minutes!!! We were at Tony's funeral and I let Fisher chew on my fingers and that is when I felt it. It is coming in on his right side. Not the front teeth yet!!! Poor thing is not very happy and has been crabby lately so now we know why!!!

5 Months Old!!!

I think this picture is so funny!!! My baby boy was 5 months old on Tuesday!!! Can you believe time flies so fast!!! It seems like just the other day that he was being born!!!

Daruis Rucker

We had a wonderful time double dating with the Carroll's Friday night!!! We went to go eat at Mickey's... Oysters!!! Then we went to the Darius Rucker Concert at the Hard Rock. He played new and old songs... even songs that were not his!!! Really good concert and great time with friends!!! We NEEDED an adult night out!!!

4 Month Checkup

Fisher had his 4 month checkup and shots today. He seems to be doing well on the shots. A little crabby but not too bad. I felt so bad for him. Eddie has to hold him while they do them because I just cannot see his face!!! He is 17lbs 14 oz, 25 1/2 inches long, and 90% for height, weight and head. Doctor said that he is developing well!!! He was very impressed that he could roll over. I found him in bed the other night on his side sleeping. When he woke up he rolled over to his belly. It was so awesome. He just doesn't know what to do with his arm that is underneath him so I have to help him out a little.

Brother and Sister

So I just had to take this picture of Lola and Fisher. Lola loves him so much!!! We took Fisher to the doctor on Tuesday and he has bronchitis. It is starting to break up and he sounds horrible but he feels so much better. No fever but just feeling crappy. He is having a good day so far today!!! Happy Birthday Jaycee Marie Carroll!!!

Peter Anderson Festival

Here is a picture of Fisher enjoying the Peter Anderson Festival. Mom, Austin, Fisher and I went. We had a wonderful time. Fisher just sat in the stroller and smiled at everyone the whole day. We also went shopping after and he was just so good. Mom and I had to go return some 9 month clothes and get 12 months... He will be in them before you know it. He is in 9 month clothes now.

OSCAR!!!

So when Fisher gets mad or upset he turns into OSCAR the GROUCH!!! Or at least that is what we call him. My brother loved Oscar the Grouch when he was little so I decided the shoe fit. Sunday he was Oscar. I think his tummy was a little upset so he decided to scream almost all day. Just wanted to share the cute pictures with Oscar. Grammy bought him the talking Oscar for Halloween!!!

Busy Weekend Full of Fun!!!

Saturday we went to support the Courtney Hubbard Bazaar... We hope that they raised a lot of money!!! It was really fun just wish that he was a little older to enjoy it all!!!

Softball Season

Daddy played on Terry's Service Center team this year so we went out and watched him every game. We only missed one game and I think we still have 2 more.
