I know...

I know that I have been slacking lately on my posts!!! I have been so busy with my photography business and planning my Uncle's Celebration of Life! Life has been good around the Morgan household... Fisher is getting so big and his vocabulary is taking off! He is addicted to Shaun the Sheep and Spiderman! Mom got him his Spiderman costume for Halloween and I have a feeling that we will be buying another one because he likes to put it on and run around the house! We are going to Gulf Shores this weekend with the family! It will be bittersweet but also hopefully relaxing. Last time I was at the beach was Mother's day with Doug! We have set the date for the Celebration of Life and the details are showing in the picture above! If you can attend we would love to have you! It will be a special time!

Busy. Busy.

So I have been so busy these past couple of weeks with photo sessions and wedding festivites. We have a couple of friends getting married between now and Christmas and we are super excited about joining them through this wonderful journey. Congrats to Beth & Chad and also Christina & Aaron!!! I have been busy with my photography business recently and I am loving it!!! I love to capture those moments!!! Cannot wait to have more shoots in the future!!! As far as family goes, we have been staying busy with our little man... He is getting so big now and his vocabulary is blossoming!!! He repeats EVERYTHING now so we have to watch what we say!!! He learns so much at school that I don't teach him and I love to see that he is growing with other kids his age!!!! Eddie is about to run a 1/2 marathon in October so he has been training for that. So we are a busy little family and I love it!!! Not a day goes by that I don't think of my Uncle in some way or fashion... He meant so much in my life and I am trying to fill that void with photography to make sure that people have those pictures to last a lifetime!!! I want to end my post with a prayer for the Terry family. Jeremy's cousin was spearfishing about 60 miles off shore and was diving with a friend and never came to surface. They have been searching and currently have a rover looking for him at the bottom of the ocean. Please pray for them as they go through this horrible tragedy. He has a fiancee and a child on the way! Please put Blake Terry and the Terry family on your church prayers and your personal prayer list!!! We LOVE them like family!!!!!

We decided to drive to Pensacola and let Fisher try out a new playground. Fisher had the best time!!!

In The Zone Program

Fisher had his end of the year program and did very well on stage!!! Off stage was a different story!!! It was a really nice program and I cannot wait till he graduates from there! I can wait but you know what I mean!!!

A Month...

It has been a month since my Uncle has passed away and I have mixed emtions all the time. One point I am happy that he is not in any pain because those last few days were horrible. But then I am sad that I will never get to see or talk to him ever again. I just have to take it step by step and day by day! I just have always said... This will never happen to us... and then it does!

So Fisher put his boots on by himself the other day so I let him wear them to school!!!

2 More Parties for Fisher

Fisher had two more parties!!! I made cupcakes for the kids in his class and they all sang Happy Birthday to him and made him a sweet card!!! Then the neighbors and family came over for pizza and cupcakes that night. Fisher is such a lucky little boy to have so much family and friends that love him!!!

On Hold...

I have to put everything on hold right now. It is time for me to be with my Uncle and Family at this time. I just wanted everyone to know if I don't answer my phone or I don't attend something. I am having to say good-bye to one of my best friends! It is a lot harder that I thought it was going to be. So please say a prayer for my family and Doug as we say good-bye to one of the best Uncles that I know! Thanks all of you for your support during this time!
We were able to visit with him yesterday and got him into a hospital bed to make him more comfortable. He is on morophine and not really eating or drinking a whole lot. The family is taking turns helping Peggy so I will be going on Thursday morning and staying the night to help her. I will keep everyone updated.

Spending time with Doug

Mom and I went over for Logan's birthday to Uncle Chip's on Saturday. Doug and Peggy have been there for a couple of days relaxing. Doug was ready to go but we convinced him to stick around until Mom and I got there. We were able to hang out for a couple of hours. Doug is sleeping a lot more. He is off of some of the drugs but they have increased his Steroids. We are hoping that in the next week that he will want to go stay at Chip's house. He fell the other night and it is too much for Peggy to do by herself but Doug insists that he stays at home. We are hoping other wise so he can have more help! Chip's house is only about an hour away and Doug's is like 2 1/2 hours so it would be closer for us also!!! It was a good visit!!!
