As you can see... The kids had a great time... Fisher started to get tired about 7 so it was time for us to leave. We really did not "Trick or Treat" but we did walk up and down the road and hang with the kids.

F.R.O.G
It is funny how people use acronyms to describe things. Like today for instance T.G.I.F., if you don't know what that is... you need to get out more! Well, I have been following "Sam Bish" on Caringbridge. He lost his battle to cancer about a month or two ago but his mother still posts. She used to always use F.R.O.G - Fully Rely on God. Never really could understand but now I do. I have found an amazing church that I love and a great group of church friends. I have to keep the faith! Faith is putting your belief and trust into God. I am still working on it but it is a lot better than it has been!
We started a Caringbridge site for Doug and it is: http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/dougstein
Here is the latest update. Please, Please write words of encouragement for him and his family. It is a trying time and we need friends and family to get through all of this!
"The swelling is back. They are not sure how extensive everything is until they get Doug into surgery. But it explains a lot of symptoms that he has been feeling. It is times like these when we question God (or at least I do). We shouldn't and I know that is something that I have to work on! But God is showing us that he is here. The doctor that did the surgery the first time is going to do it again, which Doug and Peggy are both okay with! He did not have an opening until 2 months from now. Well, he had a cancellation for this coming up Tuesday! God is good and works in mysterious ways! It is not the news that we wanted to hear but it has not spread! Please do not be afraid to write words of encouragment for Doug and family. Doug and his family needs support at this time! "

Prayer Warriors!!!
My uncle finished his round of chemo and radiation for an aggressive form of malignant brain cancer on October 8th. He has been at home in Gulf Breeze taking a break from the drug routine. Peggy and Doug will be going back to Houston on October 28th for a follow-up MRI. For those of you that are the praying kind of people, please “rain the heavens” with prayers that the MRI will show “no evidence of cancer”. If you have a church family, will you add “Doug Stein” to their prayer list. My uncle’s words are that October 28th will be his “destiny”. His attitude has been AWESOME. Doug is 46 years old with a lot of life left in him. He is such a great guy with a lot to offer. We are working on a Caringbridge site so everyone can read updates and everything. We need all the prayers that we can get!!!

Bubbles
Fisher was mad when we put him in the tub but he finally realized that it is okay and he played with his new "Octopus" that makes bubbles and plays music. I don't know what our parents did without all of these new toys!!!

Daddy's Home
Eddie went to Atlanta for Boat Class so little man and I were by ourselves for 5 days! I enjoyed every minute but I was sick Monday and Tuesday and little man has been sick with double ear infections all week! So we were glad that daddy came home. We went downtown today and looked at all the cars then went to the beach for a little while. Busy weekend with a baby shower tonight, Doug is coming by in the morning and then Barbara's party tomorrow afternoon.
