My uncle finished his round of chemo and radiation for an aggressive form of malignant brain cancer on October 8th. He has been at home in Gulf Breeze taking a break from the drug routine. Peggy and Doug will be going back to Houston on October 28th for a follow-up MRI. For those of you that are the praying kind of people, please “rain the heavens” with prayers that the MRI will show “no evidence of cancer”. If you have a church family, will you add “Doug Stein” to their prayer list. My uncle’s words are that October 28th will be his “destiny”. His attitude has been AWESOME. Doug is 46 years old with a lot of life left in him. He is such a great guy with a lot to offer. We are working on a Caringbridge site so everyone can read updates and everything.
